Every now and then, a new product comes along and breaks all the rules of the game.
The LT Sport Cover is just that...
A rule-breaker.
It used to be that a Tonneau Cover like this was heavy. It was ugly. It looked like a coffin on the back of a truck.
The LT Sport Cover does not look like a coffin like many of the fiberglass tonneau covers do. Nor their newly released brand Lazer Lite tonneau covers.
Our example weighed in at 69 lbs.
It was beautiful. It fit the truck like a glove and is the lowest profile Tonneau Cover we've ever seen.
The manufacturer said that they spent 3 years designing it and owned a patent on the design.

It shows. The LT Sport Cover has got to be the nicest Tonneau Cover to hit the market in 20+ years.
The manufacturer also volunteered that it was reported to them that Truck Accessory dealers are 'astounded' at it. They are 'blown away'.
It IS priced higher than most Fiberglass Tonneau Covers, but the quality is there to justify the price.
The profile is so low, a person would have difficulty spotting the lid from 100 feet away.
It fit that well.
Installation takes less than an hour, and no drilling is needed, and it opens and shuts like the trunk of a car. This is a feature we've never seen on a Tonneau Cover like this.

You bet!
Some LT Sport Cover covers have a lock that is 'keyed', or the newer version latches from underneath.
A person should have no problem locking up their valuables using this Tonneau Cover.
The Ford Explorer Sport Trac Tonneau Cover comes standard painted to match.
Ford makes an OEM Tonneau Cover, but the LT Sport Cover Version blows it away.
38 lbs. That's right: 38 POUNDS.
It also has a lower profile than anything we've seen in it's class.
The Sport Trac Tonneau Covers are also available in Black powder coat.
Although the LT Sport Cover is new to the market, it is sure to make some serious waves, and is a serious contender for Product of the Year in truck accessory shows in the future.
